About Sasuke… he does come back to Leaf Village, but only because he wants to have his revenge on the village. After Sasuke killed his brother… Madara told him that Itachi was told to destory his own clan… Because the Uchiha clan has always made wars and it ends up with tragic accidents… like Overusing Sharingan causes blindness… And the only cure is to take your brother’s eyes for eternal power. So the 3rd Hokage had no choise but to order Itachi to kill his clan…………….. That’s exactly how the 3rd Hokage kept the peace in village… Without ppl knowing the meaning of War the children grew up with the ”will of fire” and became strong cuz of their sad pasts… Example: Sasuke didnt want any more ppl close to them die (at first) because he knows what it feels like to loose those precious to him… example~ X’D

Your wrong. All wrong. Well Jaraiya does die and Kakashi too, but Kakashi comes back to life with a Special Technique that the person (I think) Nagato uses. And Sasuke may not go back but he does help the Leaf Village… ha. No but Seriously.
