    u would thin Unkia’s injuries would be to his whole body because a couple episodes back he knocked Naruto out and jump into a giant room of lava(made by genjutsu). but if the genjutsu would have worked(which it did), his cerebrum would have reacted to extreme heat all over the body… so why does he only have half his body burned, and the extreme heat that the illusion would have made would have fried him to ash…?

       Well, there could be limits to how much damage it can do in a certain amount of time, and perhaps Naruto woke him before the damage could be too far spread.  Even the most powerful of abilities can have their limitations.

      I agree with you, we all have darkness in our hearts from the pain and anger that many have made us suffer. It is up to us to conquer it, and for those of us unlucky enough to have that manifested into a beast or other persona, we have to beat them into submission and call upon them when things are dire. Don’t judge! You have no idea what it is like to live with a beast inside you. I caged mine so that it won’t control me, and I now use this “power” to protect not only myself, but the ones I love. Sure, you can call me crazy, but it doesn’t change the truth. It is both a gift, and a curse.

        By caged, I mean I have imprisoned it inside the deep recesses of my mind. I am able to control it as long as I keep myself in a stable state of mind (and stress free). And no, this is not some troll thread, it is the truth and I am not ashamed to admit it.
