    When we see Naruto’s card, it says he only completed 7 D rank and 1 C rank mission and nothing else. I’m pretty sure land of the waves was atleast B rank o.O.

         it was an A rank but the land of waves only paided for a C rank so it’s regarded as a C rank.

      It would have been a B rank, but was listed as a C rank, since they were too poor to pay B rank fees.

    orochamaru summoned the 1st and 2nd hokage but who was he trying to summon before the 3rd hokage stopped him since the 4th hokage was trapped in the reaper death seal

       it was the fourth hokage but it failed, like you said, because the fourth hokages soul is in the reaper death seal so orochimaru could not put his soul into a host body
