    You know, when they say “forrbiden Jutsu” It is starting to become synonumous with “strongly advised against” and wasn’t the shadow clone jutsu something that Naruto picked up in that scroll that he was tricked into stealing? The one that had forbidden jutsus in it? So how come like half of the characters in this show know the shadow clone jutsu? Just sayin, for having forbidden jutsus, they really don’t strongly enforce them

      Most of those arn’t really shadow clones, most of it is an illusion, or made of something else. And I think it is forbidden for weaker ninja to learn, because it is a leaf village jutsu, and they don’t want it falling into enemy hands.

      its actually because only jonin level ninjas or higher are allowed to have the shadow clone jutsu because people younger than that might misuse it and shouldnt really be able to do it i mean seriously i know people have seen the jutsu being used by others ninjas but not my a genin rank or a chuunin rank.
