  actually, i think it’s ’cause Kakashi revealed that he knew about the Akatsuki and since the organisation was still trying to be stealthy, they couldn’t have people knowing about it. so he wanted to haul him back in for questioning regarding where he got his information. quickest and surest way of knocking someone as awesome as Kakashi out would be to use the Tsukuyomi!
