  They don’t even say anything about it in till like 130 episodes in shippuden. Plus Naruto doesn’t even know about for many episodes after that. She knows its just that there probably respecting the fourths wishes by not telling naruto that. The Fourth has a special way of telling naruto in the later episodes of shippuden.
