No he didn’t it awakens during the fight with Haku baka! The only surviving members of the clan at this point, who can use sharingan, is his older brother Itachi the same person who massacred the Uchiha with the help of Madara Uchiha (Tobi) who is thought to be dead and everyone will meet during the later episodes of Naruto Shippuden.

Sasuke DID awaken it during the massacre. It was shown in a flashback after Sasuke was told the truth about itachi. So Sasuke had his sharingan awakened all this time but I guess he finally learned to use it in the this fight with haku.
