thats a big lie. it was during the fight between the uchihaclanh and the senju clan. the senju wanted peace so they offered them a truce. however madara was the only one that denied so he left. The senju, uchiha adn other clans came together and formed konohagakure, also known as hidden leaf village.

People have to have chakra, because the show says that chakra is the energy in people’s cells, as well as the energy that they gain when they train for long periods of time. So Lee must have a lot of chakra, except it is impossible for him to form signs and execute a technique. Lee does have chakra, except he just can’t use ninjutsu or genjutsu. That’s the explanation that they go with.

actually it is jutsu as in technique. thats why thet are call ninjutsu (ninja techniques) genjutsu (illusionary techniques) and taijutsu (hand to hand techniques) oh and btw Im not American and i can still tell the difference so dont hate
