The wielder of the Kusanagi (Sword of Valor) was Orochimaru fitted against the Ten Hands Long Sword or “Totsuka no Tsurugi(Sakenagi Longsword) when Itachi used SusanO-o. The second Sacred Treasure known as “Yata no Kagami” (Mirror of Wisdon) has also been shown as part of the SusanO-o to which together with the “Totsuka no Tsurugi” could have rendered Itachi Invincibility which when used it could deflects all kinds of attack wielded in the left hand of SusanO-o.

The Jewel of Benevolence or the Yasakani no Magatama was once worn by the Legendary Rikudou Sennin and a smaller version or perhaps not highligted of not being in silhouette had been worn by Yahiko Pain. Though it isn’t confirm, the beads of by the Deva Pain resembles that of a comma or a sharingan like tomoe but in the form of a jewel.

But instead of confirming that Yahiko’s necklace is in fact that said jewel, we must first study as to what is the benefit of that said jewel ot what it really represents. The 6 jewel beads represent the Sage 6 disciples with different capabilties of his philosophies in the art of Ninshu.
