OK well… since I can’t watch naruto any time soon, the best I can do is talk shit with you guys.

“SWAG” made an excellent point a while ago, about Kage Bunshins: “There is a reason why it is a forbidden technique”. The series has yet to fully explore this.

First, the ‘shared knowledge’ thing, alone, might actually be more powerful than the sharingan, or even the ‘shared vision’ of the rinnegan. Imagine this: Naruto can easily make ten clones (not a thousand, like usual) and force each of them to learn one simple technique every day (not some super-impossible one, like usual). With this method he can easily learn every jutsu in the universe, faster than “Copy Ninja Kakashi” or the immortal Orochimaru.

Hell, he can even just assign a couple of nerd clones to sit and read scrolls all day with Shikamaru, a couple of beast clones to train Taijutsu with Rock Lee/Gai/Kiba, ten to just sit and meditate like he was doing in the hotel room when Itachi came for him… I would totally send at least one to the sake bars and chill with the ladies like Jiraiya… and one to make us all some money. The possibilities are endless. I know it’s just a cartoon but don’t tell me I’m the only person to consider this.

Secondly. It’s no coincidence that his signature move is *KAGE*bunshin, and his dream is to be the ho*KAGE*. Only Hokages are even supposed to have access to that scroll, and he (an idiot) learned it easily in one afternoon. Young Naruto couldn’t grasp the most basic ninja concepts (such as… err.. “hiding”) and yet perfected this impossible jutsu during a walk through the forest on his way to do something else. How the Eff?

In contrast, Pain, who claimed to “exist outside of life and death” and was worshiped as a god, could only be six places at once… MAYBE six and a half.

As I have been saying and animagining all along since last year, Madara has a 3RD EYE – The Rinnengan! EP486 is the revelation to that!
