i dont think he could be shisui becouse when danzo died tobi tryed to steal shisuis eye and how could tobi lose his eye to danzo since he is strongest ninja alive and if he were shisui why would he need 2 sharingans with the same power, tobi figured the seal to the ninetail is weak when the host is pregnant and the first host was the first hokages wife and that was when the third hokage was a child and shisui wasnt born at that time besides when you look closely at tobis face when he is about to show sasuke who he is, he has wrinkles on his cheek so he is very old, i dont think he could be madara either becouse when kabuto summoned the last coffin tobi said: how did you do this, and kabuto said: dont worry i havent told a soul, which means that summoning has something to do with tobis secret so it is most likely the real madara in the coffin and what makes most sense so far is that he really is madaras brother izuna uchiha becouse since he pretends to be madara and knows madaras story it should be someone who knew madara and when he told the story to sasuke he just said madaras brother died without any explanation and if people knew who he was they may discover his abilyties

this is just what i think is going to happen, his whole moons eye plan is really madaras plan but since he died fighting against the first hokage, his brother continued the plan for himself and for madara becouse they had alweys been together to make the uchiha clan the strongest and i think madara who is been revived will take controle over himself when kabuto is about to use him and then kills kabuto and joins tobi/madaras brother izuna, and when izuna lets his guard down madara kills him too and takes the rinnegan before he dies and madara inplans it in his forehead as a third eye then his brother asks him why, madara says he had been using him all along becouse he knew his brother would continue the plan and somehow revive him so they could rule the world together but madara never intended to share his goal and then tobi/izuna dies and then its up to naruto and sasuke to defeat him, i know its stupid you dont need to tell me thats just how i think it will turn out

I feel like people are overthinking it too much.. Madara is Madara. why would someone else try to go as him? I dont think itachi and sasuke are going to fight each other but i do believe that sasuke is going to fuk up kabuto for reviving him. nope he was killed by the reaper seal jutsu while sealing the 9 tailed fox inside naruto..
the jutsu is also used by the 3rd hokage to seal oorochimarus jutsu
