I can’t wait until all the fights in the manga are animates. Like Sasuke vs. Danzo, Tobi vs. Konan, Guy vs. Kisame etc. It’s going to epic. And hopefully they’re all animated just as well as the fight between Kakashi, Hidan, and Kakazu.

actually guy isn’t stronger than kisam, because kisame withstood guys strongest move, and guy on the other hand could barley move after it. the fact is that if guy didnt have all of those other guys there to tie kisame up and put him in a genjutsu (even though kisame broke free from it) at that point kisame was still ready to keep fighting but guy was all done.

i have come up with another theory this one is about shishui, remmember shisui was called the body flicker, but he cant be tobi becouse tobi have wrinkles so shisui is too young to be him and tobi discovered the ninetails seal was weak when the host was pregnant, that was when the first jinchuuriki to the ninetails was pregnant, at the time the first hokage lived, shisui had sharingan that could controle people without them realizing it, not completely becouse then danzo would have done that and ao from the mist said he once fought shisui thats how he recognized it

here is the theory, shisui was sent on a mission to get the 3 tails from the mist and controle it with his sharingan becouse his sharingan was better than original, then he fought ao to get there and when he arrived, he was the last from his group still alive, then he tryed to controle the 3 tails but couldnt, then tobi showed up and said it was an unusual sharingan and they got a deal, in exchance for sparing shisuis life, shisui would work for tobi, if noone had soon shisui teleport then tobi must have done it

now to the ninetails attack, kushina(narutos mother) was pregnant and was told not to tell anyone becouse it was top secret but she did tell one, mikoto(sasukes mother) and then mikoto must have gone home and tell itachi and fukaku(sasukes father), itachi was said to be very close to shisui so he must have been there too, then when mikoto told them, shisui suddenly said he had a mission to take care of, then he went to tell tobi and thats how tobi knew kushina was pregnant

here about the death of the uchiha clan, itachi had thought it strange that shisui were away more than usual and seen that the uchiha clan were more bitter about the way things was, one day itachi followed shisui and went to meet with tobi meanwhile itachi was spying on them, shisui told that the uchiha clan were almost ready to attack the leaf and should have a meeting about it but there was just problem, then tobi said the uchiha clan will all die same as manny shinobi from the leaf, they will pay for betraying him, when thats over he wanted shisui to join the akatsuki then he disappered, shisui said itachi could come out now, and told that he were using his sharingan to make the uchiha think that they could win against the leaf, then itachi asked who the other one was, shisui said it was madara uchiha the man who was behind the attack the ninetails, then itachi figured that shisui had been helping him at that time, itachi asked what the akatsuki was and shisui said its a group of s-ranked criminals who were gatharing all of the tailed beasts, then shisui said it was too late for the uchiha clan they cant be stopped, when he kills itachi then he might get mangekyou sharingan and be even stronger, in the end itachi won and choose to kill the uchiha clan becouse they couldnt be saved, after that he went the akatsuki

    ok first of all, raikage did not own sasuke, sasuke took off one of his arms and would of done more damage if garra didnt step in. and theres no way in hell he would own naruto or itachi. the only reason he gave sakue a hard time is because his lighting style was better than saskues. and you cant rank people by who can beat who you would end up going in circles, its about the most complete and skilled ninga. diedara is one of few long range fighters in this list and is in the perfect spot. and neji is far more skilled than guy; dont give that crap about guy killing kisame if u read the magna kisame survived guys strongest move and would have been ready for more against guy but (while guy could barley move) ended killing himself beacuse there too many people against him.

you cant rank them in an order because each shinobi has strengths and weaknesses. for example naruto has incredible stamina and wrecks in a physical fight but if he gets caught in a genjutsu hes done. And not to mention, jutsus of a certain element are weak against other elemental jutsus. For example, lightning style jutsus are weak against wind style jutsus.

    Actually if Itachi had been at Full Power he would decimate the 4th. How: Firstly he has two of the most Powerful Spirit weapons. Number 1, the Yata Mirror which can deflect any jutsu, and Number 2 the Sword of Totsuka which can seal anything in to its gourd for eternity. This makes him invinsible as stated by Zetsu during the fight against Sasuke. Also, Kakashi did in fact say he has surpassed the 4th. If you read the mangas carefully you will come across it, no doubt.
    AND…to the dumb fuck saying what the fuck has zetsu done to make him so powerful, Go read the 5 kage summit chapters, and even recent chapters. Honestly Stupid people like Butthole3000 leaving comments about things which they do not know…

So I’m seeing a lot of people compose lists of who they think are the strongest shinobi. I’ll join the fun:

First Hokage (He beat Madara at his strongest, plus could completely control tailed beasts)
Madara (Decades old, seemingly untouchable)
Fourth Hokage (Damaged Madara, stood toe-to-toe with the Nine Tails)
Pain (Possessed the Rinnegan, Six Paths of Pain)
Jiraiya (Even Itachi said that at his best, he could only force a draw)
Itachi (Gifted among the Uchiha)
Orochimaru (Genius ninja; almost killed Third Hokage {yes I know the Third Hokage is an old man})
Kakuzu (could control multiple elements, almost stole Kakashi’s heart)
Hidan (superb taijutsu, killed Asuma, almost killed Shikamaru)
Kakashi (ANBU trained, Sharingan wielding, one of the fastest shinobi)
Naruto (single-handledly defeated Pain, a True Sage, control of the Nine Tails chakra. I think with time, he might be a little higher on this list)
Sasuke (genius level survivor of the Uchiha massacre. although I think that the show’s writers/producers always give him an advantage. He absorbed Orochimaru only while he was severely weakened; he fought Deidara to a draw. Deidara only died by suicide. Even though Sasuke ran out of chakra and could barely stand, he could activate his Sharingan and summon Manda???, oh and by the way, Itachi died from his sickness. Itachi meant to die by Sasuke’s hands, but he didn’t. If Itachi was healthy and really wanted to kill Sasuke, Sasuke would be dead. Period.)

The Third Hokage should be somewhere on this list, but I have only seen him fight once, not in his prime. I dont think any supporting characters should be on this list. Although they have their own strengths, the people on this list have all-around skill.

I agree with some of your points, although I think now that Naruto has access to the nine-tails chakra, he should be much higher on the list. He defeated Pain, as well as Kakuzu before having access to the new chakra cloak, feats that Jiraya and Kakashi couldn’t do successively (Kakashi squared off with two paths of Pain and was defeated). Kakashi himself has mentioned that Naruto has surpassed him. Naruto also combined his nature affinity with the Rasengan, something Minato, Jiraya, and Kakashi couldn’t manage. I think a lot of people don’t give Naruto enough credit, look at it this way, the kid is only 16 and manages to defeat S-Ranked members of Akatsuki as well as complete jutsu that some of the most powerful shinobi in history couldn’t.
