Tobi is Madara’s brother. Madara is a good guy. He created Konoha, together with Hashirama Senju. Izuna hated his brother for doing it, he controlled his own brother & fought with Hashirama (Without Hashirama knowing it). About the eyes, they only exchanged their left & right eyes, Madara didn’t took his brother’s eyes, Izuna (Tobi) lied. They both agreed to do it. You can see it when Tobi used Izanagi during his fight with Konan, his eternal Mangekyo Sharingan was located in his left eye (which he hides behind his first mask). Then look at Madara’s eyes at chapter 559, they didn’t showed Madara’s right eye. Before Madara died, he used Izanagi in order to give Nagato the rinnegan, because he believed at Nagato that he will be the one to stop Izuna when the time comes. Uchiha Izuna knew about this & manipulated Nagato instead. That’s why Yahiko was killed & his parents died, it was all plotted by Izuna in order to manipulate Nagato’s hatred, like what he did to Sasuke. I can assure you this if Kishimoto will show us in the upcoming chapters that Madara’s right eye is missing. The thing about them having normal Sharingan eyes? What I told you before, Izuna & Madara only had 1 Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Izuna used his when he almost got killed by Konan, Madara used his when he gave Nagato the rinnegan. The normal Sharingans were theirs. As you can see, Izuna (Tobi) doesn’t have the left Sharingan, & Madara’s right eye is blocked by his hair, so the revelation will happen only of Kishimoto showed Madara’s right eye which is really MISSING. They’ve only exchanged their left and right eye’s in order to have an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan! Izuna changed his left eye because the left eye is likewise being used in turning illusions into reality & this jutsu is Izuna’s forte. Then Madara chose the right eye to turn into an EMS because his forte was really making reality into dreams. The concrete basis of this is how Sasuke/Itachi use each eyes depending on what jutsu they are planning to create.Sharingan user’s destiny: Either be a hero, a protector or an antagonist. Depending on how they awakened their Sharingan. How Itachi’s way of awakening the sharingan wasn’t told in the story because it would h’ve been a spoiler that he’ll be one of the returning heroes. Madara & Izuna’s eyes were awakened while fighting each other so in the end they’ll fight each other. Sasuke’s sharingan was awakened when he tried to save Naruto during the early days of this Anime and after that they teamed up and became close friends, so in the end, Sasuke will save Naruto at some point and tandem with him again. Obito’s Sharingan was awakened while protecting Kakashi, Obito died as a hero.

Just a theory but an alternitive view to this one could be that Madara is still Tobi.  Tobi has said that he is just a shell of his former self and that is why he didnt try to take on the Kages directly.  Also when Madara was Resurected is first words were that boy Nagato did it.  This would link up nicely to things that Tobi said earlier, He gave Nagato the Eyes, and the disappointment that he showed when he found out Nagato used his powers to bring back everyone in the village.  Tobi stated that he was Hoping that Nagato would use that for him.  Based on these statements it makes more sense that tobi is some kind of specialized Zetzu Clone made around the time of the battle with the Hashirama.  This would also explain how Tobi can use Izanagi you need both Senju and Uchiha DNA,  THink of the people that have been able to use the techneque Sage of the six paths ( senju and Uchiha), Danso had senju dna in half his body and then had the Uchiha Eyes implaned into it, and Tobi who is was a Zetsu clone would have Senju DNA sense zetsu seems to be made from the first DNA as well.

wow the new manga was really exciting…..my laptop and the fact that i was reading it while taking a dump, made it suspenseful…hahahaa so i find the new manga online, alright… so im on my bed ready to start reading, then my stomach starts feelin funny. ah man i gotta poop, so i unplug my laptop and rush to the battlefield(bathroom). ha i made it, so i start the action. finally the trump card, alright starting to sound good. then my laptop warns me that my battery has 10% of power. now im like man i dont have enough chakara to get threw the whole manga. i just know it will shut off in the middle of the action. so i get 2 the good part where they show who is in the coffin, haahaa finally. i see the part where naruto is all emotional with my girl hinata. then they show madara on the hill and ………the  screen gos black. man was i crushed, now i have 2 wipe and get to my charger. but while rushing to get more chakara  i dropped the roll of toilet paper, and it goes rolling out of reach….nooooooooo. now realizing that i was drinking last night, so when i pooped it wasnt all solid. so that means that it splashed on the way out. so now i have to reach the toilet paper without making a mess on my seat. man the action and suspense, what will happen next. so i use my shikamaru thinking and come up with a plan in the heat of batttle. i tie my underwear and tshirt together, and use it 2 reach the tp roll. hahaha it works, so i wipe, and boom im back in my room and all charged up ready 2 finish the manga. and just when i thought it was all clear, i remember something………….i forgot 2 wash my hands…..nooooooo.
