Kagami, Izune, or Shisui Uchiha are the only people. Everyone says that Itachi would have know if Tobi was Shisui right. Shisui was watching Itachi the days leading up to the clans deaths but Itachi an Danzo with the help of the Anbu killed the clans members to stop the fight for villages new leaders the Uchihas. Danzo an Itachi took Shisuis eyes an thats how Itachi got his Mangkyo Sharringan. he said he helped him disappear an no one found his body. Anyone ever see how Tobi always acked stupid an crazy like a kid up til Itachi died. after Itachi died he stepped up an showed his self an stopped acking crazy an more like hisself. maybe he thought Itachi would find out if he was acking normal. Shisui was a teleaporter also an could control people without them ever knowing. Maybe he wanted to bring back the real master (Madara). Something to think about, Madara fights the 1st Hokage an gains access to his abilities so that he could become stronger an he used it to create the white Zetsu from the 1st hokages DNA. After he has made Zetsu he has a body that would last longer an wouldnt age. Tobi has bothe the Uchiha an Senju in one body because he can use Izangi. What if Madara knew he couldnt live long enough to do everything he wanted to do so he seals half of his soul into the Zetsu. He was dieing so he seals half of himself in Zetsu so that he could later on bring his body an souls back together an be whole again. The perfect body. He uses Izangi to create Rennigan in a boy an leaves half of his soul in the Zetsu to keep an eye on thing an to see how the boy turns out. Thats why when his other half is brought back, he thinks its Nagato. Thats why he tell Konan he gave Nagato his eye an was only takeing back what was his to begin with. thats why his only a shell of his former self because hes only half the man he was. Nagato was suppose to bring him back if he died an half of him was already dead so, if Nagato brought him back he would have both halves of his self an be whole agian. I like these Ideas everyones haveing to deside who is who. Or as everyone says, Its Izune. Maybe thats Izunes soul inside the other Zetsu an thats why he keeps saying your not strong enough. Well personally i’ll be disappointed if the man behind the mask turns out to be Madara, impure world resurrection doesnt work unless the persons soul can be brought back from the dead and attached to his body, and ergo if Kabuto brought back Madara, it means his soul moved on and he really did die. The only way the masked man is actually madara is if Kishimoto decides to tell us about some weird soul splitting or rinnegan technique or something like that which makes it possible to circumvent everything we know about impure world resurrection and which we cant possibly predict. But i hate twists like that. Its like building a story and saying, osry nope i lied. Lets see what he can cook up, one things for sure this is probably one of, if not the best episode we’ve had so far, judging from how many comments people are putting up here.   zetsu is made of the first hokages dna, which is wood (life energy). tobi also got the dna inside him, the same think zetsu is made of. so he isnt a clone, hes just got the same dna inside his body. it also seemed like kabuto knew about zetsu, so maybe orochimaru had something to do with this

I totally agree with what you are saying and think that Madara used some kind of jutsu when he knew he was about to die when he fought the First Hokage and this allowed him to live on in a way after his real body died and remember at the Five Kage Summit Tobi said he is a mere former shell of what he used to be so maybe that is his whole plan to try and get his original body back so he can be as strong as he once was and the whole Moon’s Eye Plan thingy lol.

when we saw shisuis past when he gave itachi his eye, shisui looked the same age as kakashi. he was like an older brother to itachi so he isnt that much older than him. here is some solid prove that tobi cant be shisui. tobi have wrinkles on his face so he is at least the same age as danzo. if he was shisui then he wouldnt even try to remove his mask in front of sasuke. becouse then he would be recognized and sasuke would know he lied about being madara. if tobi is izuna then sasuke wouldnt be able to tell if hes madara or not

  Danzo looks old, sasuke was very younge when he probably saw sasuke and there is no solid proof that sasuke has ever seen shisui uchiha either, there is always a catch to something. i can on for days if i wanted to. Im not going to go through all theories coz i believe theres only two options left, Kagami Uchiha coz his age bracket spans the whole events weve seen of tobi and still be alive. also all other theories like Izuna, Obito, or madara are obviously dead but there was never any proof of death of Kagami. the only other option is some other random ninja who realized the power of the sage of six paths and at some point stole and implanted the eye of an uchiha in himself, and then went on to get the rinnegan from nagato to pull off the eye of the moon genjutsu and get ultimate power from the eyes cmobined but i doubt it coz i rekon only someone with uchiha or senju blood could pull all that off…..

someone said that the two brothers only switched out one eye each an thats why madaras hair covers his eye. But if you go back to like 389 or so in manga u can see he has EMS in both eyes an his brother is in a coffin with his eyes covered. Tobi is half man on the right side an the left side is the opposite half of the black Zetsu. Tobi is half of madara. Madara that has been awakened is half of his former self. Or Izune. But they show Izunes body in a coffin. Kagami was the same age as Danzo but we only saw like one picture of him in the whole series.

Madara says his brother died for nothing an hated the Uchiha for going against him. What if Tobi an Madara are two different people? The Zetsu was made to give him the use of Izangi an a perfect body. Half of tobi is The black Zetsu. Zetsu was once whole an all black. He shared half with Tobi an the other half was made for someone else. someone whole died. Like Madara. The other half of the black Zetsu was intended for madara but he passed before that happened. Nagato was the only one who could bring him back an put him together with his half of the black zetsu. Madara thought that this was what happened when his first woke from the coffin or what he was planning on happening. the other half of Zetsu(black) is intended for Madaras perfect body. Tobi has half human body, half DNA of the 1st Hokage(black zetsu), one Eternal Mangkyo Sharringan, an one Rennigan. And if Madara was here or brought back by Nagato, he’d be Identical to tobi after he merged with the other half of the Zetsu. Just a thought.

It all makes sense why the masked madara never showed off his M sharingan, that really bothered for a bit! The Masked Madara has to be Shisui. His body was never found, and Obito was crushed as a little boy. MY guess…is that Madara created Zetsu, transferred over his soul into Zetsu around the time he was going to die, and zetsu went to look for a new host…since Shisui had no eyes when he went off to “erase his existance” he was folnerable..Im guessing zetsu/madara got a hold of him and that was that…..I dont know how the body got new eyes though.. I dont know this may be completly wrong, but shisui makes the most sense to me.
