honestly it could be obito, i wasn believing it at first but go back to the episode where Minato hits tobi with the resengan n tobis body starts to melt n stuff. i have a theory zetsu or whatever the plant guys name is save his life cuz his right side of the body got crushed so zetsu could of regenerated him n since he didnt have his sharingan in his right eye he had to find a step up which is the rinnengan on his right eye. n wen tobis body melts it looks like the white half from zetsu just saying.

Tobi had 2 sharringan up til the his last fight to get nagatos renningan back. WHY IS IT THAT WHEN TOBI FIGHTs the 4th hokage his arms are normal looking but when he fights danzos bodyguards his arms are covered in a black suit?

1. keep people wondering who tobi is.
2. keep people asking where is itatchi and one tails.
3. don’t draw kage vs madara fight for whole year.
4. don’t allow fight to progress untill every thing that there is to know about every bijuu is known.
5. don’t ever show sasuke untill the end of the chapter.
6. make shure that naruto is always undoutably the strongest character.

You can tell by tobis face and his works that he was already old as hell when he fought the 4th hokage. Maybe he was Itachis father. They show everyone when they’re telling narutos mothers story. They show itachi, sasuke, their mother, the 3rd hokage and kakashi, gai and alot of the other people but not the leader of the uchiha. Kagami would be the right age but not anywhere in the story line. I’d say he is a pissed off sages oldest son or izuna uchiha. I really not sure about being izuna but Obito is to young and Tobi said he had been waiting a long time for that moment which Obito couldnt have done it unless it was his older brother which kakashi spoke of about being very strong and elite. Shisu wouldnt have been very old either. not much older than itachi who was very young. I really couldnt see the sages oldest son killing his own clans members since they didnt betray him but they did madara and izuna. Tobi is some one we havent meet I think.

and so a flashack of madara and 1st hokages fight will be shown..showing that it is happened again comparing to naruto and sasuke fight.
and yes sasuke is more powerful than naruto this time but naruto has many friends in his side and a new level of flash technique will be unlocked..

I wanna know something ok. If Tobi is Obito like so many people think his is then why in the hell didnt Tobi know about the 4th hokage powers. Obito would have known more about his own teacher than what Tobi knew. the 4th hokage said he surpassed him and the 2nd hokages jutsu to use time space ninjutsu. How could Obito do that and be so young? he says he has been waiting a long time for that moment for narutos mother to go into labor but if he was that young he couldnt have waited long.

Madara’s and Tobi’s involvement in the 1st shinobi world war:

I’ve been thinking about a timeline of events which makes sense………..

~several months if not years before TVOTE: start of the first shinobi world war
From what I have seen many put the start of the first shinobi world war
after TVOTE, but it has to predate it because we know that Hashirama
attempted to create an alliance to end the war and Madara still was in
Konoha at that time………………

~shortly before TVOTE: The first meeting
The timeline starts some indefinite time not long before the Battle at
the Valley of the End. At that time we know from Oonoki that Madara was
already undermining Hashirama’s attempts at creating a peaceful shinobi
alliance.

Now, all we see is Madara having superiority complex to Muu and Oonoki, but I’d say
it’s very likely similar scenes happened with the representatives of all
the other major villages.
At this point I’m going to make a slight leap of logic and suggest that
Madara wasn’t just intimidating the other villages, but also scouting
for potential allies in other villages to fight not just Hashirama, but
the Senju ideology. One of these was Tobi, others were the KinGinBros
and Kakuzu. Ultimately, I’d say Madara was found out by Hashirama and
that is what lead to TVOTE………..

~TVOTE: Madara’s defeat
After Madara’s defeat at the hands of Hashirama he was critically
injured and he travelled to Tobi in Kirigakure to find succor while he
attempted to recover. ……….
why Tobi was a member of Kirigakure:……….

However, Tobi’s grandstanding in front of Konan aside we know that he
never really recovered from his loss or he would have come out into the
open at some point. Instead the two started to manipulate the world from
the shadows to keep it in a state of perpetual war…….

Hashirama, weakened- perhaps even slowly dying- from Madara stealing
part of his power, couldn’t bring about peace and died in the war after
passing the reigns to his younger brother.
Somewhere around this time the 2nd Mizukage and the 2nd Tsuchikage kill
each other in battle and their successors take over. And the successor
of the 2rd Mizukage is no one else but Tobi……….
why Tobi was the 3rd Mizukage:………

As for why Tobi was the 3rd Mizukage I can think of two reasons. The first is Kisame calling Tobi Mizukage-sama. ….

That line of Kisame’s is quite mysterious. ….

Either Tobi put Kisame under a genjutsu and made him believe that he was
the real Madara and he called him Mizukage because by controlling
Yagura he had effectively been the Mizukage in everything but name. It
would have taken a genjutsu since Kisame had met the real Madara as is
evidenced by the long hair and the bandages Madara has on his chest……

Or he called Tobi Mizukage, because Tobi had actually been the Mizukage
and then named him Madara as a joke, because he knew Tobi was going to
announce himself as Madara to the world very soon…..

Or Kishi is an idiot who messed up big time. ….

The second reason are the Edo Kages themselves. Why did Kishi skip the
3rd Mizukage? Kabuto is a meticulous fellow just like Oro was before
him. With one exception he has summoned the kage whose death is the most
recent. That one exception is the 2nd Mizukage. That rivalry between
him and Muu doesn’t count because it was only invented after they were
summoned.

So there has to be a reason and what better reason than for the 3rd
Mizukage to still be alive. And the list of possible candidates is
rather short. It has a length of just one name…….

Anyways back to the war. Tobirama like his brother started peace talks……

This time he approached Kumogakure first, but at that point the
KinGinBros, probably supported by Madara and Tobi started their coup and
the Niidaime died. …..
Why Madara and/or Tobi were involved with Tobirama’s death:

The reason I say the KinGinBros were supported by Madara and/or Tobi is
their lack in power as well as their connections to Rikudou and Kurama.
Don’t get me wrong Kinkaku and Ginkaku were far from weak, but what they
showed against the shinobi alliance, doesn’t match what we would expect
from the Niidaime Hokage and the Niidaime Raikage. Madara and Tobi
having a hand in their deaths would explain a lot. Not least of all why
Minato just happened to compare Tobi’s space time ninjutsu to his own
and Tobirama’s.

Certainly, it could just be a throwaway line. Some little bit of
pointless info Kishi tossed our way, but what if it wasn’t? Was Kishi
trying to establish another link between Tobi and Tobirama aside from
the name? Was Tobi perhaps Tobirama’s rival?………

~The End of the War
How the end of the war came about afterwards is unknown, but chances are
with every village having lost two kages and who knows how many other
shinobi the cost in lives had become too great for any village to
continue to fight the war…….

So what does all of this, if correct, mean for the rest of the manga? Making
Madara and Tobi the central figures who have time and again prevented
peace and who were behind the escalation of the 1st shinobi world war
and who chances are set up the second and third wars as well would make
defeating them even more symbolic for ending the cycle of hatred.
Moreover it would give Kishi’s story a lot more depth as we would see
how one man’s hatred was enough to cause a cycle of hatred which plagued
the world for sixty years.
It would establish a clear relationship between Madara and Tobi and
would give the latter a credible backstory worthy of a villain of his
format. Madara would be Hashirama’s counterpart while Tobi Tobirama’s.
Furthermore, by making Tobi the 3rd Mizukage Kishi would give him a
certain pedigree which would tie up quite a number of loose ends.
It would be the perfect opportunity for Kishi to show us more of
Tobirama in Tobi’s death-flashback. Tobirama is the hokage we’ve seen
the least of and he deserves a strong showing…….
So what do you think?…..

My theory about Itachi’s end:

Itachi will lose to Madara. Madara is the one who gave Itachi the
Totsuka no Tsurugi and the Yata no Kagami and he knows a weakness about
them which will allow him to defeat Itachi without going all out…….

Oonoki:….

Oonoki’s ultimate power up will be his Nose no jutsu. The four marks on
his nose aren’t mere warts they are a seal for four hax jutsu…..

Kabuto:….

Kabuto’s will have a squad of personal Edo bodyguards. The Shodai Kage
generation. He will have the 1st Kazekage, Mizukage, Raikage and
Tsuchikage defend him…..

Rikudou originaly intended the bijuu as the guardians of the world.
However when his sons fought over the succession the bijuu were left to
their own devices and by themselves they were unable to bring about
Rikudou’s vision and became filled with hatred instead.

Hey guys it’s me again. I posted a theory about tobi’s identity a day ago and suprisingly recieved aggression which I never deserved. First of all , you must respect others ‘ opinion no matter how stupid it may be. Second, obito is more likely to be Tobi than all the other characters you suspect e.g. Kagami uchiha, Shisui uchiha, izuna uchiha, The elder son of the sage of the six paths… If you don’t understand the reason I will explain you step by step.

Let’s start with shisui uchiha . Both of his eyes were taken and he was found dead by Uchiha members near waterfall or smth like that , well the point is that he is definitely dead and that’s why he can’t be Tobi.

The same goes with izuna (madara’s brother) He eyes were taken by madara himself and shortly after he died.

As far as kagami uchiha is concerned I deeply believe he was a random uchiha in Danzou’s platoon and has nothing to do with the ongoing events.

As regards The elder son , well I can’t help laughing There are like 100000.. reasons why Tobi can’t be him . If he was one tobi wouldn’t have dismissed his true identity .”I am nobody , I don’t want to be anybody” it’s smth the elder son would have never said about himself. The only infromation we can get from the line is that
Tobi is someone insignificant and unknown in the shinobi history like Obito.

   As for tobi being obito’s body mixed with zetsu and madaras soul, I think it’s too much even for Masashi Kishimoto.

So whatever you say, I still believe that Obito is highly likely to be the one hiding behind the mask .

You still not explaining how obito would have gain all those skills. how would know about kushina pregnancy? How is he able to summon the nine tails? Why would he be surprise by the hokage’s speed when he was student of the minato? Tobi may be someone we know but he is not obito.

    To use izanagi he doesn’t have to be senju with sharingan implanted , Uchiha with senju cells can use izanagi as well. Moreover , the fact that his sharingan never turns off is not unusual for the uchiha, I mean Itachi used to keep his sharingan active all the time too. To your theory I will say that there are two possibilities of him being an elder son or Shisui Uchiha…

1. He can be elder son as he said, “I am nobody, I don’t want to be anybody” he might be saying this because he had no pride in his father’s eye or anyone else’s… As they simply wanted the younger brother to succeed the sage of six paths… So eventually he was nobody as he didn’t have his pride…

2. He can be Shisui Uchiha because Itachi himself said he only had his left eye… When he died he may have killed the body of zetsu instead of his own… After all white zetsu has the ability to completely change the body with chakra and all as we saw how he changed himself with Kisame… Now if we think about Danzo claiming for shisui’s right eye of Shisui he didn’t use it against Sasuke so can’t say for sure that it was an eye of zetsu’s transformation or a true Shisui’s eye…

And another possibility is Shisui had found something written from Madara about Uchiha Clan or something in the hide out as Itachi described he had been for his last moment…

It’s just an opinion after all who knows the true identity may be all of our guesses can be wrong lol..

I do believe that it.could b obitos body i mean i guess it.could b obito rebuilt by zetsu. But the only way that theory works is if madara was alive and he was the 1 to fight minato and he was training obito. Obito couldn’t have fought the 4th and he would need a butt load of madara and shodais cells to b able to summon kyuubi

My theory is that tobi might be nawaki. From what I have read his body was mangled beyond recognition and was “witnessed” by Orochimaru. He (Oro) was doing a lot of jutsus to become immortal and was testing specimens and nawaki went insane, but was weak and needed a body. He needed a body and used Obito’s old one and used zetsu to fix up crushed half of Obito’s body. He might have gotten his other eye from another Uchiha. If you notice, tobi’s shartingan is always active, which isn’t common of a Uchiha, because he would go blind otherwise. This leads me to believe he is using obito’s sharingan, but since it isn’t really his, it doesn’t affect his sight. When fighting the fourth hokage, he would have been around the right age, and could have used obito’s natural Uchiha powers. Kakashi’s sharingan uses time space justsu, which makes me think obito had time space powers. We don’t know enough info yet to know for sure, but this is my theory.

OK, this is my first post so idk if this is even going to work. But here’s my theory. Tobi is all that remains of Madara Uchiha. In his battle with the first Hokage, Madara was badly injured. The first Hokage took pity on his and used his wood style to fix him up (something similar to Danzo’s fix). This give Madara the ability to use wood style and allowed him to gain the Rinnegan. Time passes and Madara body (what was flesh) dies. What’s left is something between a wood clone and a human…. Tobi. My biggest objection to my own theory is that Madara’s and Tobi’s objectives seem different. Tobi, to control the world. Madara, to destroy the hidden leaf village. Anyone’s thoughts?

first of all bro Madara did not lose to 1st hokage, he fight to Hashirama just coz he needed his DNA so he can get rinnegan but ur second thought is pretty close that what i belive in some way. that is sure that tobi was created by Madara to complete his objectives but by the time passed after madara death tobi chose his own way.(On behalf of Kabuto and Madara conversation) and tobi got senju sells thats why his arm melted by minato attack same as danzo and he got sharingan from madara and other he got after kill uchiha clan with itachi.( itachi told that tobi helped him to kill his clan)

Yeah. I’m pretty sure Naruto got a whole bunch of their chakra, though he’ll probably just use it to turn into the juubi (10 tails) for (as is usual for almost all jutsus with time limits) 5 minutes.

All the tailed beasts except the 8-tails gave naruto their chakra, hence the bumping of the fists and naruto smiling. Then the 5 tails clearly said “Take care of naruto, I gave him some of my chakra”.. ect. To be honest idk what’s going to happen, but honestly neither do you.
