It’s true that Obito got crushed by boulders, but we don’t really know what happened to him. We are supposed to think that he died , but at the ending of 120 episode they show his memorial stone and not a grave which proves his body was never found. You should read Manga chapters where Tobi meets Kisame, he has obviously only 1 sharingan ,which is confirmed by Kisame as well “the eye shining in the darkness ” In fact his whole body is bandaged in that flashback. He got the other eye after Uchiha clan massacre. He is even shown to have collection of shatingans. When he stabbed Konan from behind his eyes looked different , which meant that the other sharingan didn’t belong to him, but a random Uchiha killed bu Itachi.If the left eye was truly his own one and had the same powers as the right one he would have used Izanagi with the right sharingan instead of breaking his mask.
Obito probably was rescued by local villagers or even Zetsu. The place where Obito was supposed to die is located in the same village where Zetsu comes from, a coincidence? No! There are so many ways how Obito knows all the stuff.First it can be Madara, second it can be Zetsu and last he could read things on Uchiha stone like Madara.
Up to manga chapter 559 Tobi calls himself Madara Uchiha, so things that he had said before that are true for the real Madara Uchiha. When Tobi said that he was the one who gave Nagato rinnegan, it’s not clear whether he said it as Tobi or as Madara. I mean , he also said that he fought hashirama senju at the valley of end and acquired his DNA, so will you believe that too? Probably, Madara was the one who gave Nagato eyes, because when talks to Kabuto, harry potter mentions that Madara didn’t die at the valley of end. So, It’s highly likely that Madara was the one who did that. It’s not Izuna, I raped that theory million times, there are too many things that doesn’t make sense , it also can’t be Madara’s clone. Just pay attention to the words he says after he is revealed to be an imposter. “the world is completely worthless, there is nothing left in but misery” This proves that Tobi’s got his own identity and he has experienced lots of painful things. “I am nobody , I don’t want to be anybody” means that he is neither Madara nor Izuna, he has to be an obscure ninja in shinobi history like Obito. brother of legendary Madara Uchiha wouldn’t have said something like that .

Moreover, there is not a single hint which is supposed to make us suspect Izuna, whereas there are lots of about Obito. Kishi really loves putting hints. When Itachi decided to slaughter his clan he had some kind of paper in his hand and he had talk with the Anbu guy on the previews day and therefore suspected hidden leaf to be somehow involved and truly came true. When Kabuto met Tobi there way hints as well “Hi Tobi , now you call yourself Madara” and “don’t worry I haven’t told anyone about this” .If you had paid attention to these hints you would have guessed that it was Madara in the last coffin. In fact, it was really obvious , despite the fact some people like you believed that it was the sage or whatever. The whole point is that Kishi really leaves hint and you will guess things if you are good at reading them. Kishi hasn’t left any Izuna hint, in fact all he does is ruining that theory by confirming his death twice. We even saw that dude in the coffin. Madara the closest person also said that he was dead while he knew who Tobi was.

Let’s look at things from both fans and Kishi’s point of view. Why would creator choose a random character as the main villain? 80-90% of fans are just kids who don’t give a shit about random characters , they even don’t remember some important characters. The reason why Tobi keeps mask is that he has to be a character very well known to all the fans , so that everybody will be surprised when he takes off his mask. Seriously, what the point of choosing random character? So that nobody recognizes him?It would be total failure and that’s not something Kishi would do. Even someone has to recognize him from the show when Tobi takes off his mask before his enemies.
Tobi already said that he was nobody ,so he can’t be part of Madara or whatever.Kishi truly won’t do something that appeals to few number of nerds and disappoints the general public. He is truly Obito uchiha and that’s something you have to face!!! I know what is your problem ,guys. You only view things from one angle and you only think in 1 dimension . Really use your heads and you will learn what I am talking about.

It should be the chakra that comes form Kakashi when using the sharingan. It should be, if your saying the person he got it form was the person Hinata sensed. The fact of the matter is that she did not notice any familiar chakra. So after reading this, how could Tobi still be Obito. Lets see you “rape” this as you’ve stated you’ve raped the Izuna theory.

Ao noticed shisuis chakra , because he had seen both of his eyes. There is difference between sharingans. During Sasuke vs Itachi fight Zetsu pointed out that there was difference between Itachi’s eyes.Ono was for genjutsu and other one for ninjutsu.So, there must be difference in chakras they have too . You say that Hinata could have noticed his sharingan, well she could have also seen through his mask and described his face features. The Byakugan user in Anko’s teams who noticed Tobi and Kabuto together, was able to see through a lot of things ,but she didn’t see through his mask so as to confirm whether he was real Madara or not. I know it sucks but the show has some flaws. Good example is Gai Vs Kisame battle , where Naruto got stuck when he attacked KIsame. Not only did he need Yamatos help to get out, but it also turned out that he twisted his ankle in Chakra mode .lol. I know , Kishi wanted Guy to fight Kisame and that’s why he did this. Here’s the same case, Kishi didn’t want to reveal Tobi’s identity so easily and early.He wanted the mystery to keep existing. If Hinata had said that the eyes were identical all the mystery would have died there.

So, you want answers to how Obito is able to use Izanagi and how he knows Madara and all the secrets.First I want to make it clear that it was Madara who obtained senju DNA , not Tobi and it was also him who gave Nagato rinnegan.
There are different sources of knowledge. First one is Uchiha lithograph , another one could be Zetsu and it could be even
Madara himself. Madara knows Nagato who was born years after his death, but he somehow knew things what would happen in the future. I’ve got my own explanation, Tobi’s able to travel through time . But there is no need to be bothered with such details. I postet several ways how Madara knows both Tobi and Nagato in previous comments and it was only me, Kishi could come up with million ways. If things like how Tobi knows so much , or Madara does about Nagato
were obvious it wouldn’t be interesting anymore. So , just leave back stories to Kishi he will give us good explanations.
It’s not easy to say how he will do things, but we definitely know what he has done so far. So all we have to do is finding hints in Manga/Anime. BTW, Tobi doesn’t look like old at all, the “wrinkles” are actually scars. Read manga chapters 509-510 where we clearly see a scar on his face and truly doesn’t look like someone who is 105 years old. As for Anime , he didn’t look old there too.However, I won’t be surprised if anime creators intended to make Tobi look old, I mean they are the guys who showed Jirayia using rasengan against Yahiko and Tobi’s sharingan while perfoming his jutsu. They also like changing things. Rinnegan used to be different at the beginning , after that thay madi it purple and it’s now white in the latest opening.lol On the other hand, it also can be a trick like Tobi having 2 sharingans to make Obito less obvious.
