This is what we have so far:
1 – tobi had rinnengan first
2 – tobi is an uchiha
3- kakashi should know tobi face, but not necessarily the person, tobi is linked to kakashi somehow
4 – tobi is old enough to be adult while fighting minato, and he is messed up; tobi can regenerate
5 – tobi is super transportation jutsu
6 – in minato tobi fight, sasuke mother was holding sasuke alone (father might be tobi ?)

“tobi is obito” makes sense, however how he can regenerate or transport, left unanswered.
Thus my guess, there is more information to be know to decide.

madara did not kill his brother izuna, we learn that izuna offered madara his eyes in order to defeat the senju, and right after izuna gave madara his eyes, the senju wanted a peace treaty with the uchiha and wanted to form an alliance, which would obviously piss off madara, cuz he’s thinking “wow my brother just gave me his eyes so i could defeat these people, and now they wana be allies”

i think zetsu founds obito after he crushed by rocks and i think he gave him a white zetsu arm or half body because obitos other site of body was not damaged so he could be revive and still work together with zesu. i think that because when tobi fights minato you saw his wounded arm and there came some zetsu shit out of him LOL

This is what I’m thinkin so far: Tobi is Obito but not in the way some people think. He is an experiment of Orochimaru. He is Obito and Zetsu mixed (Senju and Uchiha blood). Or maybe he just has Uchiha eyes implanted into an zetsu experiment. Remember when he fought Danzou too and he got some of the parasitic bugs injected and he cut of his arm and the Zetsu white stuff came out? Also how do you think Tobi knew so much? It is the same way Danzou knew about izanagi; from Orochimaru. Also the reason Orochimaru is not content with Tobi is because he is really weak and all that is really going for him is the teleportation jutsu. Also the reason I think he is an experiment is because He has never retracted his sharingun and always wears a mask just like Kakashi and Danzou(They have to cover the sharingun because they can’t retract). This is why he says he is no one.

Did you ever consider this? Tobi deals with the most sinister ninja in the entire shinobi world – the reason he doesnt retract his sharingan is not because he cannot, but because he can’t afford to. He is too careful, to calculating, to important to do a stupid thing like be caught off guard. He was caught off guard ONCE..with Sasuke and Amaterasu ..which almost killed him. Luckily the sharingan saved him and therefore counter-acted quickly. If that didn’t happened, the series is over right there.

He is not Obito – Obito died. Tobi revealed 2 sharingan against his fight with Konan. Tobi fought the 4th as an adult while Obito, if he was even alive at the time still, would only be a child. How can Tobi be Obito while both existed at the same time? Its literally impossible.

    Tobi experimented with the firsts DNA. Zetsu is a by product of those experiments, whether from Madara or Tobi. Because of this, Tobi gained Zetsus ability of replacing body parts, or regrowing them.
    
    Heres a situation: boulder crashes on young boy Obito. Hes 99% dead. If Zetsu is an independent soul and acts according to his/its own rules, then why would he let Obito take him over having saved him from the brink of death. On top of this, he is only half a person with little to no chakra and weak (in skill) to begin with. Zetsu would be too powerful for a kid to take over. Zetsu does Tobi’s bidding, not the other way around.

Guys I just thought of some cool shit. You know how kakashi’s left sharingun can send shit to a different “space”. Well guess what Tobi’s right sharingun has the teleportation technique that is similar to that. What if that was obitos special jutsu??? Also both of the jutsu like has stuff rotate then it disappears so they are kind of the same.

Guys you know how tobi can use the teleportation technique in his right sharingun? Go to naruto pedia and search Space–Time Migration you can see it like rotates. Now think of Kakashi’s Kamui technique. It is in his left eye and kakashi says he can send stuff to another “space”. Look up to you can see that it rotates and remember when tobi took sasuke and karin to his own space???? Well its the same thing. They could have awakened the eyes later in there own way thats why they are different but similar techniques. Maybe it was obito’s special technique? JUst of some other stuff to think about.

  Obito’s other eye was crushed by a boulder. I’m no geologist, but I have picked up a stone before. They can sometimes be heavy. The bigger ones are called boulders. They are impossible to pick up.. simply too heavy for human hands. Now back in the day.. they used to throw little rocks to punish people.. or slightly bigger ones to kill them. In “Lord of the Flies” the fat character known as “Piggy” is killed when a giant rock, also known as a boulder, is dropped and crushed on top of him. He did not survive.
  If we apply this same scenario to Obito’s death, then we can be 99.99% sure that the rock that killed Obito was in fact a boulder.
  
  And if in fact the rock that killed Obito was INDEED a boulder, then we can also be sure that gravity took over and squashed him like a bug. Eyes are squishy, it was probably the first thing to pop. Its hard to suspect and be ready for Boulder attacks. It can happen to anybody.
  
  If this is SCIENTIFIC FACT – then Tobi’s eye jutsu is completely irrelevant to Kakashi’s.

  Tobirama was said to use “space time ninjutsu”
  Itachi’s Tsukiyomi is space time Genjutsu
  Izanami and Izanagi are space time Genjutsu
  
  Conclusion: Space time jutsu exists in the series in general. Just like there are multiple forms and variations of every other technique. Maybe Kakashi can use that technique, because Uchiha in general can use that technique? Or Maybe he saw Tobi, or who tobi really is, use it before..and try to copy how its done.

    I don’t think he’s Obito, but if he ends up being him then it wouldn’t surprise me. Tobi has been called an escape artist. That could be reference to his identity as Obito, considering that if Obito is alive he would have had to escape. It could be a reference to his sharingan ability alone, but who knows. Obito isn’t a character who just appeared in part two. Pictures of him have been appearing since the second manga, ever. His name has been mentioned as well, back after the third died. So it seems the writer had a greater plan for him, but again, who knows. Just some valid points to make.
