       madara was dead at the time i believe , i think orochimaru is in on this plan and was the one who saved obito….the space-time jutsu may let you time travel  who knows lol

    got to say this has shocked me to find out that obito uchiha is tobi, the only thing i can say is that how does Obito have eternal light in his right eye, he would have to have switched eyes with somebody, there is something that doesn’t quite meet the eye here, I still refuse to believe it’s Obito, and who was the guy that beat the 4th hokage, what if there are two tobi’s anyone ?

         OMG it was Obito who fought the fourth Hokage. He should have been  17 at that time and therefore his height is really normal. Moreover, he didn’t beat Minato, actually  , Obito lost the battle.

    Here is an interview I’ve seen in the internet.

    While visiting Japan for business,me(Victor Sleever) and Mike Birnton, from Viz Media, decided to spare some of our time and go to Comic Market 78, the biggest manga festival in Japan, something that happens only twice a year. The festival lasts for 3 days, from 23 august to 25 august.

    After some time wandering around the Tokyo Big Sight convention center, we met Masashi Kishimoto, me and Mike are big fans of Naruto, so it was a really pleasant surprise to be able to talk with him.
    He didn’t have much time to talk because he was holding a conference in about 30 minutes since we met, we asked if he could reveal some of the things he will talk about at the conference, and surprisingly he said yes.

    Mike asked all the questions while I wrote them.
    Q:So, what exactly is the conference about?
    A:After the identity of Tobi was revealed by one of my assistants, I realized that the next few chapters will leave the fans confused. I had to clear up some misunderstandings, thus, Comic Market was the best place to do it.

    Q:Then the rumors are true? Is Toby really Izuna? I thought he died in battle after Madara took his eyes, is that a lie?
    A:Well, the truth about his survival is much different, I can’t tell you how he survived, you will have to read the next chapters to find out, but yes, Izuna is Tobi.

    Q:How come he has eyes now? I thought he was blind.
    A:He will reveal that together with his identity, let’s just say that the Uchiha clan is much larger than you know.

    Q:In an earlier interview you talked about Madara not having any weaknesses, what about Tobi? Is he going to be killed by Naruto after his identity is revealed?
    A:Not really, after the way he survived is revealed and what he tries to truly achieve, everyone will change, the truth will hurt a lot of them, it will actually change the history that they know.

    Q:What do you mean by that? How will it hurt them?
    A:The truth is dark and bloody. Madara is related to why Tobi was supposed to die, you could say that what he wants is revenge, but his brother isn’t the only who wanted to kill Tobi, one of the Hokage played a big part in the attempt on his life.

    Q:What else?What is going to happen in this fight?
    A:You know, Tobi always had this forbidden technique prepared, I wanted him to use it only after his identity is revealed. If you thought that Kabuto’s technique for reincarnating people is dangerous, you should see what Tobi prepared.

    Q:Why did Izuna hide his identity?
    A:Because some of the Akatsuki already know what Madara did to Izuna, they know because someone told them, and they wouldn’t be willing to help Izuna. I’m afraid I can’t answer any more of your questions, but I’m hoping you will be patient, in the next weeks everything will be revealed.

    A short interview that revealed a huge amount of spoilers, what is the truth behind Izuna’s past? I guess we are going to find out in the next chapters.

    Don’t know if it’s legit. But it sure is. Kinda explains that Izuna and Obito were somewhat Teachers and Students.

    hahaha now that all that is cleared up I NEED to know EVERYTHING that led to the nine tails attack. For some reason now I think Obito killed Rin to get his MS now. And for all the people who said it wasn’t Obito probably salty AF haha. Mad it was just one page though..

    anyone else confused about how in the world obito is tobi,I mean it still dosent explain how he could keep up with minato and he was a kid then so basically he should of stood no chance at defeating minato

    His JUTSU is the SPACE-TIME JUTSU  maybe it involves a little bit of time travel could be that is how he fought the 4th

       OMG, that battle took place 4 years after the war. Obito had a plenty time to get that tall. In fact he is as tall as Kakashi in the episode, so no need of time traveling jutsu, but I agree with time traveling thing, he  should have met Madara somehow and I think this jutsu will explain everything.

    I can’t believe it. There has to be a twist. Way to frak up a good character and like make him all evil. Im really heart broken. I jus really hope theres a twist and it ends up being zetsu trying to mind frak Kakashi or something. </3

     To those who are upset about the latest chapter.

     Seriously, there is no need to be frustrated,  this Manga is aimed at kids and therefore Kishi chose the character that would appeal to them the most. I am deeply sure that things will go in more interesting way than it would have gone if Tobi wasn’t Obito. I am glad that the stupid fights about Tobi’s identity are over. We can finally enjoy the manga in peace and harmony.

      I`m not mad cause is obito, I`m mad cause the whole episode is a flash back to the past and doesn`t say why he is what he is doing, this episode doesn`t say anything exept that tobi = obito something that everyone knew or at least thought as a posibility.

    What about Tobi getting the form of Obito due to the implanted Obito’s Sharingan that he found at the Kannami Bridge? If he is a bit of Zetsu he can absorb chakra and transform to whoever the chakra belonged to….. That would also explain his amazing regenerating abilities… And this Zetsu was an experiment by Orochimaru who sought the way to immortality…. Tobi being Obito just doesn’t fit at all

    2.How did he awaken his MS?
    3.How did he meet Madara?
    4.How did he acquire so much knowledge?
    5.Does he have EMS since he has been using his eye for a long time ?

       never said tobi met madara. when madara was ressurected, he was still young. so tobi didn’t meet madara

       Personally here are my theories:
      1. Obito without realizing it used space-time ninjutsu to save himself
      2. I believe Obito either watched Minato die and got MS or killed Rin himself or watched her die since she was the person he loved the most.
      3. I think he met Madara using space-time ninjutsu or they might be closely related and Obito was manipulated by another Uchiha to believe in Madara’s ideals, maybe Izuna idk?
      4. I think he acquired all of the knowledge he knows from time traveling lol I know it sounds far-fetched but so has everything else in these manga chapters so we will see.
      5.I don’t think he has EMS because wouldn’t he need to implant the eyes of a brother or something along those lines?
       
      Again these are just theories and I am probably half right or entirely wrong but, hey I believe anything could happen at this point because apparently Tobi really is Obito and officially anything is freaking possible including Kakashi throwing up from shock!!!

    I feel a sense of loss lol because I just did not expect Tobi to be Obito. I was shocked and a bit happy/disappointed because I get to know more about Kakashi’s past and of course it will answer what happened to Rin. For all those who had faith in Tobi=Obito, Congrats to you! Maybe now I will be less incredulous and not assume anything as assuming makes an ass out of u and me lmao. Have a nice day! :)

    TobiIsObito sure deserved some apologies coming from the people who doubted his theory. But anyways we will see the explanation on the next chapter. Maybe there is an interesting twist.

      Dude how long have u heard people say that, for me it was even before these guys were saying it with no proof, like 3-4 years ago. And I think they have been saying it since obito was show in the manga and same with tobi, twards the beginning of shippuden, though only facts they use were the lame ass spelling of the name theory. Its like they were crazy ass hobo’s telling us the world was gonna end, but no one lissened

    not sure because he was only fourteen and that person looked older or maybe as some people say he used space time   
    ninjustu he involves or maybe it was some else and i think he didnt do that all on his own some from the uchiha helped

    And also guys, I like how they showed some of the Jounins in Obito’s flashback. Especially Gai vs Obito and Kakashi vs Gai. And also Obito was saying the truth about why he was late. I feel sad for Obito because Rin was madly inlove with Kakashi. He’s just there looking at the girl of his dreams.
