bet money the guy that saved obito at the end was izuna, because the edo tensei brings u back to life the way u were when u died, so if the edo tensei madara is young, and looks the same age as he did when he fought the 1st hokage, then he died somewhere in that time frame, he never grew old, or else the edo tensei madara would be old, so it was probably izuna, and izuna was on the verge of dying, so he saved obito so he could transfer his soul to obito’s so he could prolong his life, and he wanted to prolong his life to revive madara, thats what im guessing

So Madara left without making sure that the kages are not dead ? WTF ? WHY? Tsunade can’t revive people that are dead that means they didn’t get killed, just badly injured … how could Madara not give them the finishing blow and just simply left for Naruto ? He was like:They’re going to die anyway .. even though they have the world’s best healer among them which is also not dead … she won’t do anything … let’s just leave them like this.

After seeing Obito in the realm in between life and death I think that Madara didn’t age because he probably has the same Jutsu as Obito and that they have some kind of family relation.
