Hmm, personally I like Deidara mroe than Sasuke, but only because Deidara (to me) as more of a personality of a headstrong, impatient kind of person, whereas (in my opinion) Sasuke is much more bland. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, no ones beats Tobi’s amazing personality.
