Well first of all that has nothing to do with the episode but… I think it’s because of the huge amount of pain it causes but also because of strong emotion. Like his eye starts bleeding after he does something like killing someone because the jutsu activated.

    yea! sasuke needed his curse mark for every fucking battle he’s ever in. Itachi, deidara, naruto, orochimaru, juugo. everyone! and every time he passes out after “winning”. without orochimaru’s help he wouldve had no chance at weakening itachi the little he had. with the curse mark he still sucks ass cuz he cant fucking kill. i mean, in his fight against itachi he only weakened him enough to help the disease kill him. with deidara his “cool” expression pissed him off enough to make him commit suicide. with naruto they both fucking passed out. he sucks more than anyone and he always will.

  Actually…. The uchia clan was planning on over throwing the Hokage and taking control over konoha as its most powerful clan. Itachi who was a black op at the time was spying on his clan because when your a black op your undying loyality is towards the whole village therefore the Hokage. He delivered his reports back to the Hokage, the 2 elders and Danzo. While the 3rd Hokage wanted to talk things through with the Uchia clan and come to a mutual understanding the 2 elders and Danzo out voted him. Thus the order was given to anihilate the entire Uchia clan. Itachi loved his brother too much to kill him so he let him live even when it went against his orders and he became a rouge ninja. Although we later see that the Mandara Uchia also helped in the anihilation of the clan.
