    See in episode 130 when in talks about the yin and yang part of the nine tails, i think yang was put into Naruto and Yin was put in Sasuke for some odd reason lol

      wrong,both yin and yang are inside naruto.either part is placed inside the cage,hence the other part is placed inside the seal holding the cage.thus,the half in the cage is accessible,meaning it can be drawn out and the half in the seal is not accessible,meaning it cannot be drawn out.
