      Wrong!Itachi could easily beat Yahiko(Pain)because the Rinnegan that Pain has is weak against genjutsu!

        The rinnegan has the power to kill somone just by looking the sharingan can put someone in a genjutsu and a genjutsu can be like some sort of torture device although since Pain’s name is pain he is probably obsessed by pain and also you can fight itatchi just by looking at his clothes so your just picking by fav characters

          Pain can’t feel pain, he’s some freakin’ dead bodies. Also, Sharingan is merely a derivation of Rinnegan, which is said to be giving his user the ability of mastering all jutsu existent, so it would be no problem for Nagato to learn Itachi’s fighting skills in a matter of seconds. The only problem would be that Itachi specialized in some scary techniques, (spoiler) Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu & Susanoo, + having equipped Susanoo with some kick-ass artifacts, he can’t be touched by any attack. But that wouldn’t be a big problem, because Nagato is able to control life and death, so he would simply summon Gedō Mazō and rip Itachi’s soul, as he did with Hanzo’s men.

          Well Nagato took over Yahiko’s body, Yahiko his teammate had died. So Nagato is pain.
