    Itachi made his own decisions. Nobody can force Itachi to do anything. Sure the Konoha elders pressured him but Itachi thought it was the right thing to do(The elders DEFINITELY deserve to die. I hate them for what they did to Itachi). Sasuke is going against his brother’s wishes and setting out to kill innocent people(most of them know nothing about the truth of the Uchiha). This is by far the stupidest thing Sasuke has ever done. I know he’s grieving and regretful but at this point, Sasuke’s “revenge” is pure selfishness. He’s letting his misery cloud his judgement.
    
    I believed that when he wanted revenge on Itachi, selfishness was apart of it but it seems to me it was mostly for his family. Now it’s completely for himself. Sasuke is a whining kid that needs to grow up and chose the right path. I hope he changes for the better sometime in the future.

  The show was initially intended to be based off of Sasuke but the creators saw that the plot was too dark and twisted.

    wrong the show use GOKU as a base and Naruto had more than one similarity to Goku, Kishimoto did not create Sasuke until he was advised by his editor to create an opposite to naruto,,,read in naruto wikia and else!!!!! thus you need to thank the editpr to advise master Kishi or else that idiot sasuke would had never exist!!! Kishii wanted the main character to be simple since he did not like smart hero!!
