      Well, To be honest guys and girls have extreme differences and respect is shown in different ways. Men like to hear that they have nice chest usually . . . it’s like saying you have a nice nose or nice eyes. A girl on the other hand has a chest that is not meant for everyone’s eyes and is supposedly a sacred thing (you don’t see women without shirts or bras on walking around freely do you? Of course not because then we’d be sluts.) It’s just different and when you comment on her chest that is usually shielded and not meant to be seen it’s taken as perverted because your not supposed to see that. As for a male who’s chest is nothing special and is seen millions of times by anyone human to comment on it isn’t that big of a deal . . it’s just that were different genders, that’s all.
