      um have you bothered to do any research on naruto?? because i think almost everyone who watches naruto shippuden has. The sage of six path is like the god of the naruto world. he divided his chakra unevenly purposely, the nine tails being the one who received most of his power. So basically, naruto has somewhat of a gods chakra, making it hard to control the beast within him.

    both eight tailed and nine tailed control the most of the sage of six paths/ creator of jutsu/moon, and both required a special way to control their beasts chakra. which both will do together. so dont worry naruto gets to where you want him with his kyuubi. .. dont complain about the aspect of the beasts chakra control if you dont even want to know the truth in the first place.
