      what she was doing was actually the complete opposite of what you are saying. she felt completely hopeless about tsunade’s health and was still forcing herself to act positive when talking about it with naruto. it was the opposite of selfishness. i don’t know if you can’t read subtitles or are totally ignorant regarding human emotions, but either excuse would work i suppose.
