    1:43 The light source is directly next to Madara’s head and Naruto’s eyes are directly in the shadow of the wood.  The only thing he could see was the wood, and this goes directly against normal human behavior: he’s blocking his line of sight to Madara and exposing himself to a direct frontal attack, not to mention that his back is always exposed and he’s too excited to watch his sides.  Either Naruto is being more of a retard than usual or the animators failed horribly.
