    You can’t really dismiss any theories or accept them. We don’t know what happend after Obito died, but the fact that Madara or Tobi whomever he is has wrinkles, is most likely do the extreme use of sharingan, itachi has small wrinkles as well. So you can’t say “Tobi” is Obito or Isn’t, we just don’t know the facts. We will just need to wait and see.
