      Lady Tsunade is in a coma because she used up her chakra during the Pain invasion. Danzo became Hokage but at the 5 Kage Summit he was deemed untrustworthy. Kazekage otherwise known as Gaara recommended Hatake Kakashi because he said he trusted him. So yea, that’s why Kakashi is the new Hokage :)
