The octopus guy is Raikage’s brother -Killer bee
And the one with power in his eyes is Madara and not Sasuke Uchiha…

  Well to be fair, the viewers (us) have already seen that Killer Bee has the eight-tails which is an octopus. So for us it’s easy to say “Oh Naruto will meet Killer Bee,” while Naruto doesn’t even know what the hell that could mean.
