ok remember when nagato got super pissed off at that guy who teamed with the hidden leaf to end the akatski group since he thought of them as a threat and killed yahico?? he was also the guy who named orochimaru, jiraiya, and tsunade the legendary sannin. when nagoto used that jutsu to out of rage to kill him, im certain he got away because he just stood there and waited and on Naruto, when shinobi do that, they either get away, or block the attack. that guy that just stood there like he was too confident. Plus, they havnt even spoke of him again, it has to be him! let me know if you guys agree/disagree. if he shows up again, then thatll defeat my arguement, but until he does, that could be who tobi is.
