  The couldn’t if they tried because of the summoning jutsu he used when he died. It binds the soul of the summoner and the targets of the jutsu to spend eternity in the hellish bowels of the summon. That or just permanently binds them to the afterlife if such a thing exist in the Naruto universe. In any case, it’s 100% proof against ressurections or reanimations of any kind.
