I know everything fits and all (Tobi's left eye being concealed, Obito giving Kakashi his left eye, Obito's body was never found etc), but honestly, consider Obito's personality before he died, and how he is as Tobi (which he's not -___-). Mishashi Kishimoto said so himself in an interview, that Tobi is not Obito. I think he just wants us to think that so that Tobi's real identity hits us even harder. Besides, when Tobi battles Konan, and half of his mask is destroyed, we can clearly see he as TWO Sharingan eyes, of which Obito's left was given to Kakashi. Personally, I think he's Madara's brother, Izuna.

    Rate my theory.

    Tobi is Izuna merged with Zetzu cells. With the Zetzu cells, Izuna is able to stay alive despite how old he is. In episode 248 20:24 Tobi was hurt by Minato’s attacks and his arm began deteriorating like a Zetzu. Izuna also took Obito’s other eye, hence why he can use the Space-Time jutsu like Kakashi who has the other eye. Because Kakashi is not a Uchiha he can never come close to mastering the Space-Time jutsu while Izuna is. Nagato’s rinnegans originally belonged to Madara. Madara obtained the Rinnegan after he took Izunas eyes. So theoretically Madara’s eyes are Izuna’s.

    In episode 253 20:13

    Kabuto: You sure gained a nice eye.
    Tobi: It was mine to begin with.

      The hammer is connected with a chain to ax like sword. And sound from the fight is for the anime watchers, doesn’t have to mean that there is the same sound in the anime. Like in the movies demonstrating space you can hear explosions even though there is no possible way for sound to travel in space where there is no oxygen.
