          The company can’t do anything about the talking or the length of it. They can’t do anything about the talking because they aren’t allowed to change the manga, except for fillers. They can’t do anything about the length and they can’t release more episodes because the show would be canceled if they did. 

          Why would it be canceled? Because they wouldn’t make much profit, as the cost for airing the show would literally double. The amount of money they’re making would not double. The cost of making these episodes is very high. It takes approximately 8 months to make one episode of Naruto. Think about it.

          The writer of the manga doesn’t give a damn about what you want because he writes the book. The only profit he gets is the amount from the contract for the license to produce the show. His main profit comes from his books, and that’s it. You aren’t giving him any money from watching this show. I don’t know if you know how books work, but in a manga it’s a hell of a lot different than a show and the talking doesn’t matter as much and not many people complain.

          Therefore, to summarize everything I’ve said in case you don’t get it by now: nothing can be done about it.

          LOL? Do you realize how long it takes to animate something? You can go look through any interview pretty much anywhere. They have to do the voice acting, which takes days in itself, then they have to animate for it to sync, plus get all the music and story-line straight. You’re seriously an ignorant child. Get out of here, kiddo. They are making more than one episode at once, and that’s the only reason they can be released as fast as they are.
