  Higurashi is more of a mystery insane anime, Shakugan no shana is a good pick however there is romance in it if u don’t like romance u might want to reconsider, Hellsing is a good anime but u might want to watch Hellsing Ultimate first it is ongoing, Full metal is an awesome anime i suggest watching brotherhood
