          Lee has boatloads of chakra. Leagues more than it takes to create Ninjutsu.
          Lee’s problem is not being able to focus his chakra into an actual jutsu. Jutsu are created by mixing spiritual energy with physical energy and adding chakra. The mixture of the energies creates the jutsu; the chakra provides the power. His mind just cannot balance the two in a way that can create ninjutsu and genjutsu, so he spent all his time training his taijutsu, which relies on physical ability rather than chakra.

          Not true. im the biggest fan of lee and im sure that hen can do ninjutsu but doesn’t want to. He focuses all his time in taijutsu. He doesn’t want to learn ninjutsu becomes he wants to be the best WITHOUT IT! If you watch naruto episode 49-50 you will understand it all.

Anybody can use ninjutsu but he focused all his time on becoming th eworlds best taijutsu specialist. Watch the video before you comment. He wants to become the best without ninjutsu JUST WATCH!           he is unable to mold his chakra in a way that is needed to perform ninjutsu and genjutsu, it has to do with the lack of physical development in his chakra coils… check the wikias, watch the rock lee fillers. he always cried about that when he was young (and who wouldn’t want to learn NINJUTSU, lol)

          Not True, Lee has chakra, he utilizes physical chakra for taijutsu. However he has no Ninjutsu. Has nothing to do with if he has chakra or not, he still has it.

      A world that is filled with powerful ninja more than capable of killing any of is in various ways with a relatively select few who can even bestow a fate worse than death. Throw in priests of Jashin who can’t seem to have breakfast without butchering a couple of random people, and everybody else in the vincinity. And add to that tailed beasts tired of being sealed up inside of people for over a hundred years or more who could probably level an entire city unopposed if a shinobi of kage level isn’t present.

      No thanks. There are enough deadly situations to worry about in the real world.
