Cool you gym?! I used to with a friend but I was paying for individual sessions, so I asked my dad if he could get me a contract and he said its a waste of time so now I’m trying to join a running club with him but he’s taking so long. I kinda forgot most of the language XD I remember squats and dead lifts, can’t remember the names of any other types XD I remember burpies but I forgot what you even do for it. Now like five of my friends or more gym and I don’t what do you do for blackjacks and shadow box?

Ooh MMA workouts, nice. So you actually did MMA?!?!?!? That’s bloody intense man!! They actually started an MMA class at our campus gym but it died out :/ but it sounds like you have way more stamina than me coz I have to take at least two minute break or I die XD I guess I have a long way to go huh

Haha yeah there’s that too :’D and breathing is definitely important when lifting heavy stuff…but at least they’ll be there to catch if you burst out laughing on the bench

But like I said I don’t have a punching bag here, i shadow box. Which is really just punching in the air, but facing your shadow. But I just usually face the tv while I do this. I have weighted gloves with a pound in each. Not much, but instead of doing that workout I mentioned with the bag, I keep the same time, 3mins, 30 seconds. But I punch average strength and speed in the air, with perfect form, non-stop. When I get better, I’ll go faster and more strength and more rounds.

Well I wouldn’t call this reps. But yes strength matters considering its punching. This workout is not ment for the muscle building, but to make me a better fighter. Actually every workout is guided to make me a better fighter. I and many others I’ve fought say I have a really strong punch. Though that may not matter much, if I can’t kick good, don’t know how to wrestle, just, not that well rounded, yet. But the running, is for more stamina I can have in the ring. Weights to make my punches stronger, the workout I hit the bag with, is to make my punches stronger each workout, to also increase the speed. But the goal is to keep up with that speed and strength throughout the workout. I am getting incredibly faster, but, the faster u go, even faster u loose your stanima. Its hard, you gotta keep up with everything, if you stop one workout, nothing gets better, or fast enough.

It could build muscle too. Though you may have heard, the best thing to do is mix up your workouts regularly, the muscle confusion. But its not a waste of time, even if u stop for a long time, you still will be strong. Stronger than when you started working out.

you may know, but we only get cholesterol from eating animal products. We as humans, without food, make the right amount of cholesterol we need for our body. But eating animal products give us that extra crap we don’t need. So, it can get complicated.
