the Ransegan isnt a jitsu, its is just control of ones own chakra. how can his eyes help him read a jitsu that isnt there…

even if its only controling ones own chakra he can still use sharigan to see how it works. sharingan is used to expose a tecnique’s secrets and other uses just like how sasuke used it and found out naruto had the kyubi inside him. also jutsu littarally means tecnique or skill
