      NaruHina is just a dream -there’s no real chemistry or mutual feelings there at all. I especially enjoyed the NejiHina moments of this episode. ^_^ And btw, just because Neji and Hinata are cousins DOES NOT mean that they cannot be together. In Japan, it is perfectly fine for cousins to marry, ESPECIALLY to protect a blood line (such as the byakugan).
