Thats because people love the emotional stuff man and alot of people actually think like Naruto but dont get to do it. Its kinda like talk the talk instead of walk the walk. I mean I’ve had experiences like my mate was getting picked on to the point where he just bursted out in anger and tried to stand up for himself but got the bash. I was too drop nuts to do anything about it

Let me explain in simple terms. There are 4 types of ninja levels from the weakest to the strongest.
1 – genin (ninja of basic skill level)
2 – chunin (ninja of great knowledge and skill of the way of the shinobi)
3 – jonin (ninja of the highest skill level and knowledge)
4 – kage (ninja of the highest skill level, knowledge and strength to care for there villages. Is also the strongest in the village and most respected)
