Wait lee can’t use ninjutsu or genjutsu because he doesn’t have chakra but you need chakra to stand on water lee doesn’t have chakra so how is he standing on water

    yes true but unlike Nin jutsu or gen jutsu where the users decide to use chakra Tai jutsu emits chakra naturally we call it adrenaline chakra can come in big bursts like when your at war or something or it can emit itself in small amounts like during a fight or something like that like when your skydiving you get that rush and when it leaves you just want to lie down and sleep because you’ve used alot of chakra or adrenaline.

    no people get this wrong lee has chakra everyone does even you and me lee just cant use his chakra to perform nin jutsu or gen jutsu so he uses tai jutsu as you know so what im saying is he has chakra he just cant use it. he can open the gates because that is actually a tai jutsu move but it can be used by other types if lee had no chakra or the chakra flow stopped he would die
