    Gaara may not have full control over his beast but we all saw him stop his transformation in last episode of naruto. He is not dangerous to anyone who isnt a threat to him or his village. That guy needs to get his facts straight. I wish Kankuro would have taken outside and gave him a good punch in the face cuz he deserved it.

    10:45 It is true that if Gaara was not in the village there would have been no reason for the attack. So actually just by having Gaara there and especially as Kazekage is a great danger to the village, and obviously he can not protect the village properly. They could not have been so in the dark as to this being a possibility that they would have had no plan in place. There was almost 0 effort by the military or otherwise while the abduction took place, they all just stood and stared. Gaara may have all the hope in the world for his village but it is obvious that he will never have the full respect and cooperation of his people and even if he did he only puts them in danger by sticking around.
