  Are you serious?!?!?! Obviously even if they did fall for the gen-jutsu it would make sense because none of them know how Sasuke even looks now! When they think of they’re “friend Sasuke Uchiha” they obviously think of the twelve-thirteen year old Sasuke and neither does Sasuke know how Naruto and Sakura look now even he probably thinks of them as their twelve-thirteen year old selves. So it actually wouldn’t make a big deal whether or not they did fall for that “impression”.

  Don’t forget the impressive animation. Naruto actually has one of the best animations in anime out there. Well just after High School Of The Dead. Bleach is better than Naruto(and I’m not the only one saying that) but when it comes to pure animation,Naruto just wins. Well to be clear here,it’s Shippuden.
