      Lee CAN use chakra, he just is not very good at ninjutsu or genjutsu and he has very little chakra. he can still walk on water with the little chakra he has.

    The point still stands, Lee can’t use ninjutsu because he can’t manipulate chakra. The 8 gates don’t really count as using chakra, rather it’s unlimiting it’s effect on his muscles which is why he can kick ass at 600mph.

        Spoiler: In the manga, its just been revealed, hes not actually Madara Uchiha. Madara got summoned via the impure world ressurection jutsu. Meaning that he died, if you read the manga, you would know this, epecially as Major spoiler!!: Madara can use the Rinnegan, he can switch from Sharingan into Rinnegan as he chooses, so no, Tobi is not Madara Uchiha, though there is speculation that it could be his younger brother, and that he could have survived after giving madara his eyes. I’m not saying its fact, just speculation.

          yea Ive been reading the manga too and think that, but on the other hand, Tobi’s body and face(mask) walked up to Kabuto, and kabuto said, “Hey tobi, or Madara as I hear you go by now.” And when Madara confronts everyone at the kage meeting he lookes exactly like tobi. Can you explain that to me. Does tobi die or something?

        (tobi) “that attack won’t work against Madara Uchiha”
        (kakashi) “So you are Madara!”
        (tobi) “did you not just hear my last line?”

      Tobi has the memories of Madara Uchiha and the 1st Hokage, which he takes on the Name of Madara, but hes not really him.

      Sorry to rain on your parade, but it cant be Obito, as he was completely crushed by boulders, plus to the fact, Tobi has both his sharingan right now (slight spoiler) but Obito gave Kakashi his left eye, and his right was crushed by the boulder that hit him. Sorry, but Obito Uchiha, is dead. And as for Zetsu, I wouldnt rule it out, nor would i say its a high possibility, in my belief, there is a very, very high possibility it is a surviving member of the Uchiha, but not Obito. In all retrospect, it could be Sasuke and Itachi’s father, as he was plotting a coup’de tat before Itachi kicked his smug ass. There is a chance their father could have used izunagi to survive that attack.
