    Why is the leaf village so determined to ‘capture’ Itachi instead of killing him? All just so they can bring back Sasgay? Then I guess my real question is why the leaf village even wants Sasgay to come back when it’s clear he doesn’t want to come back and betrayed the village by his own free will? I understand why Naruto and Sakura are obsessed (sort of) with bringing him back, but risking other members of the village for such a dumb mission for a douchebag traitor who doesn’t want to come back doesn’t seem too bright. I thought the leaf village was supposed to protect themselves, not go out and fulfill pointless personal missions for Naruto that clearly cannot be solved.

      partially agree with you but think about it lady tsunade is probably a smart woman (at least she was drawn to be 0ne) and she knows that sasuke is obsessed with itachi. if the leaf ninja were to kill itachi then that would rob sasuke of his chance for vengance. In turn, that would really piss him off, and possibly turn his anger on the leaf village. (Man i sound like such a nerd lol but i love this show) So why not capture his main objective and let him kill him and maybe bring him back after his goal is complete rather than piss him off and have to kill sasuke too?

    i don’t get it naruto surpassed the forth hokage with the rasen-shurikan and yet he’s not evan a gunin (soz for the wrong spelling)… i think naruto should become a gunin

       Err…If with “gunin” you mean Genin, Naruto is already a Genin. The ranks go from Genin> Chunin> Jonin > Kage. So in which, your statement should be that he should become a Chunin/Jonin. (After reading it right, I believe you meant Jonin with “gunin”, due to when you pronounce it, it sounds like Jonin, I guess.)

      I’m wondering if there were times either I forgot about or that they didn’t show where Sasuke was nice, because I’m kinda in the same situation as Naruto when it comes to wanting to save his friend, but this friend was super nice to me, and I can only remember Sasuke being a jerk…but then he was Naruto’s first kiss lol
