I’m kind of confused with Tobi. I know he has two sides, Tobi and (Madara Uchiha???), but one minute he *just* joins the Akatsuki and they think he’s dead. The next minute, the guy is all serious and he’s giving commands? He basically zapped from The Village Hidden In The Rain to The Final Valley in about a day.

i just realized why we cant do jutsu or anything. pein acquired all the tailed beasts and destroyed mankind. then, the sage of the six paths decided creating jutsu again is to risky so he left us without it. we cant do jutsu because of pein. SCREW YOU PEIN!

  And jutsu comes from chakra which is basically our stamina or willpower. in which case we can use taijutsu. its just not as extreme as shown in the anime. And also the 4th SWW…. after that I am guessing that to make it relate to us he will make it a world with no one able to open their chakra points.

  That’s not entirely true.
  If you recall the fight between naruto and the akatsuki member with four hearts, he used his initial three shadow clones to memorize his attack patterns to find out that he were a mid to long range fighter.
  
  That’s what allowed him to use his rasenshuriken against him accurately while hiding among the other two shadow clones.
  You’re not looking at the bigger picture here. Naruto may be slow to learn things but once he does, he remembers it for life, a lot like myself.
