    I’ve been waiting for this moment since the first naruto and i always wondered why itachi massacred his entire clan.
    Although he says he just killed them to test himself if that’s the case i will stop watching naruto because it is the dumbest premise ever. I thought killing his clan meant something deeper. Someone please spoil this for me i need to know

      SPOILER: itachi was given a mission by the leaf to kill the uchiha because they were going to rebel against the leaf because they kinda ignored them. If the uchiha rebelled then the village would be vulnerable for the other villages to attack. So itachi killed everyone except susuke and itachi lied to sasuke. He joined the akatsuki to spy on them from the inside btw.

        You are Partially Right and Wrong, The Uchiha Clan was not going to rebel, but they would in TIME, Danzo was afraid of this and sent Itachi to kill off his entire Clan, but he pleaded to let his Younger Brother, Sasuke, to stay alive. Before he Escaped, he asked the Thired Hokage to look after Sasuke, and also Itachi himself was watching over Sasuke after he Joined the Akatsuki.

      Naruto’s one of those shows where the english voice actors do their job so well that it’s difficult to really choose an absolute favorite. In some episodes, the sub is superior. In other episodes, the dub is superior. For me, tragic scenes are conveyed better through english, but that’s probably only because it’s easier for me to detect emotions when spoken in english than when they’re done in japanese by the tone in the characters’ voices.

        no, he didn’t kill itachi. Itachi went into the battle practically dead from illness and almost completely blind, all the while only using 1/10th of his strength, and still sasuke couldn’t keep up with him. Sasuke didn’t kill itachi, itachi just happened to die while fighting sasuke. Itachi is by far the most powerful character in the series while at full power.

           i really think the only person who could keep up with him at this point would be jiraiya and the only reason i think  jiraiya in sage mode could is because of his incredibly vast arsenal of different jutsu and his knowledge of other jutsu and how to counter them. otherwise i completely agree

    And there is high different betwen Itachy and Sasuke.Itachy care more for others and put his fellings alongside,and Sasuke Who has to much pride and care only abouth his own fellings and his own revenge.What I most like abouth itacy is eaven he is so strong,almost the stronger charachter in naruto he dont have any arogance.Always calm and always respect others!
