  i think it really may be madara since itachi said that he was still alive if you remember but the reason why they haven’t shown his face is (in my theory) because he either has scars all over his body or then some ninjutsu i mean ‘cus i do understand that they don’t want to show his face yet but do they always have to hide his whole body under clothing (gloves, long sleeved shirts and stuff)
