      Its because its not on tv it used to be aired on tv but not anymore so they just release box sets all these episodes are from every week from 3 to 4 months.

    To everyone watching these waiting months on end for English dub I want you to know that I was once like you.. then I bit the bullet after last set of dubs and watched the subs and haven’t regretted it. All the voices are similar, it’s ok reading the text and in some cases it’s even funnier. Just cop it on the chin, give atleast 10 episodes a go and you can thank me later cuz there is some mad as stuff going on at the moment, and you have like 100 episodes to watch!.. peace, Gaz
